Online ticket reservations advised
Timeslots have been introduced to regulate the flow of visitors and guarantee a safe and quit visit. Tickets are available online via the web shop.
For your own safety and that of others, the Hermitage has implemented an adapted viewing route. Upon entry, you must follow the directions in the building. First, you are led to a scanning point to scan your online tickets. Then past the lockers, should you wish to stow your jacket and/or bag. The route towards the exhibition has been adapted to begin via the first floor. There is a special route for the less-abled; please ask our staff for assistance. Soon you can download the floor plan on our website in preparation for your visit
