The Hermitage Amsterdam, a seventeenth-century building and national monument, is one of Amsterdam’s most splendid attractions. This historic building, with its modern interior design, hosts several magnificent art collections. The interplay of history, art, and open spaces with plenty of daylight creates a captivating and unique setting for your event. We provide a range of options; whether you are hosting a meeting, a festive dinner, a conference, or birthday drinks for three guests or three hundred. Make sure your event is a unique experience and discover how the Hermitage Amsterdam combines art, culture, gastronomy, and hospitality. 

All of our rooms, from the small and intimate to the large church hall and the Auditorium, are equipped with the latest technical facilities, including sound systems, a lectern equipped with a microphone, projectors, screens, laptops, and Wi-Fi.

The bar and restaurant on the first floor and the sunny terrace in the museum’s courtyard are ideal places to enjoy a coffee, a delicious lunch, or drinks and snacks for large and small groups. Our permanent caterer provides the catering for all events. You can also book a tour of one of our exhibitions to complement your meeting.

There are several car parks and hotels within walking distance of the museum. The Hermitage Amsterdam is easy to reach by car and by public transport. You can also travel by boat: there is a landing right in front of the main entrance by the Amstel river.
